We've done plenty of research in order to provide you with the lowest possible shipping costs. Therefore, we've chosen UPS as our primary shipping carrier. The shipping cost for most items is determined by the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery location.
We offer three shipping methods for most items:
Standard Ground Shipping (3 to 5 business days)*
2- to 3-Day Shipping (2 to 3 business days)
Next Day Air (1 day business day)
*UPS Ground Shipping is the default setting in Checkout and means that your package will be in transit for 3-5 business days after it is shipped from our location. Your proximity from our shipping facility will determine where your shipment will fall within the transit range. Most products will ship within 7 business days. Orders placed after 2pm Pacific time will be shipped the following business day. Please contact us regarding express delivery order quotes.
Return Policy
Before returning an item, you must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Contact us to obtain an RMA number. Any product that is returned must be unused, in excellent condition and packaged in the original manufacturer's carton with all corresponding hardware and documentation. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returns must be shipped with prepaid freight and insured via a carrier of your choice to arrive back to us within 7 days of delivery.
